1- Can I return my order?

We offer 7-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items.

The items must be in original condition. Items must not have been used in any way.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.


silveryjewellry.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at info@silveryjewellry.com

 

2- How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@silveryjewellry.com using the same email address you used to order and the item please write your order number in the email so we can track it fast.


we will see if your order meet our return condition and then email your to provide an answer about your return if it is accepted or not.

 

3- What are the conditions to accept return?

We accept your return in case :

   1- You received the wrong item.

   2-The package has arrived damaged.

 

4- What happens after my return is accepted?

we will send you an email containing the address to where you have to send the package and once your package is received we will inspect it and report to you with our decision.

If the conditions are met, we will refund you within 3 working days with the same payment method you used to order.

 

5- When I return my package, who will pay for the return shipping price?

There are two approaches:

   1- If your package is damaged or you received the wrong item we will pay for the return shipping price .

   2- If you don’t like the item after you received the package and you decided to return it, then you have to pay for the return shipping price.
